Placing an order
ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 MONTHS FOR STANDARD SIZE ORDERS; 3-4 MONTHS FOR BASIC CUSTOMIZED ORDERS; AND 5-6 MONTHS FOR SPECIALIZED CUSTOMIZATIONS. WE DO OFFER A RUSH SERVICE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS WITH A FEE, AND HAVE LIMITED STOCK OPTIONS FOR IMMEDIATE PURCHASE. PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO INQUIRE.
SIZING
WE ACCEPT ORDERS IN US SIZING 00-16 AS PER THE BELOW CHART. WE ALSO ACCEPT ORDERS FROM CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS WITH A FEE. PLEASE NOTE FEES APPLY FOR SILHOUETTE CHANGES, COLOR CHANGES, AND EMBROIDERY CHANGES. PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO INQUIRE ABOUT DETAILS.

WE CAN MAKE ANY PIECE TO YOUR CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS FOR A FEE. WE WILL PASS ALONG AN EASY TO FOLLOW MEASUREMENT CHART FOR YOU TO FILL OUT, OR YOU CAN SCHEDULE A FITTING IN OUR NYC SHOWROOM. PLEASE INQUIRE HERE ABOUT OUR CUSTOM PROCESS.

SINCE ALL ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. IN THE EVENT OF A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN HELP ASSIST AND RECTIFY THE SITUATION.

PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS. TRACKING INFORMATION AND INSURANCE ARE INCLUDED IN PURCHASE.

WE SHIP AROUND THE WORLD. PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED VIA DHL OR UPS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES CHARGED BY CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY, AS WELL AS ENSURING THE IMPORTED PRODUCT COMPLIES WITH YOUR LOCAL LAWS. Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the textures and colors of our products that appear on cu-sh.com. However, as embroidery textures and colors can be subjective to the viewer and may vary during our editing process, and actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that textures and colors you see on the website and on your monitor will be 100% accurate.
Handmade Nature
Delicate and fragile fabrics, embroideries, embellishment and crystal beads are used in the creation of CUCCULELLI SHAHEEN garments, which are individually handcrafted. Each CUCCULELLI SHAHEEN garment is unique and It is normal for there to be slight imperfections and variations in finish, color and fabrication. Embellishments and fabric may change in color with time and wear, adding to the charm and individuality of CUCCULELLI SHAHEEN garments. These are not faults in the production of the garment and are consistent with handmade quality. CUCCULELLI SHAHEEN is not liable for minor faults and flaws that are considered normal in individually handmade products.
